陈坤,王砚辉,刘敏涛,容中尔甲,安泽豪,陈依莎,单禹豪,王劲松,陆玲,王雯那,姜颖函离家十六年的陈家辉（陈坤 饰）在得知父亲陈为民（王劲松 饰）病危后，重返故乡。但父亲未留下只言片语便匆匆离世。葬礼之后，陈家辉与哥哥陈家兴（王砚辉 饰）、姐姐陈家媛（刘敏涛 饰）在整理父亲遗物时，逐渐察觉父亲身上似乎隐藏着许多不为人知的秘密。带着困惑与心结，陈家辉开始探寻父亲生前的生活轨迹，试图拼凑出父亲真实的模样。在这个过程中，一段埋藏了16年的家庭秘密逐渐被揭开，而这个秘密的核心，正是家辉与父亲之间一生都未能解开的那个结。
冰上姐妹
卢桂兰,于中敬,杨洸,李亚林,林盈,白德彰,秦汉,王延盛,周文彬,张巨光,章薇在某一届冰上运动会上，一直饱受看好的女子滑冰冠军王冬燕（杨洸 饰）马失前蹄，冠军的宝座被新秀丁淑萍（宋雪娟 饰）夺走，这让王冬燕感到非常的不爽。学生于丽萍（于中敬 饰）想向王冬燕请教滑冰技巧，但是于丽萍心情不佳，拒绝了她，反倒是丁淑萍耐心教导倾囊相授，令于丽萍的滑雪技巧上了一层楼。在一次体能练习中，王冬燕在山中遇险，所幸得到了丁淑萍的救助，才幸免于难，而丁淑萍自己却受伤了。丁淑萍来到了海滨疗养院养伤，在这里邂逅了歌唱家罗林（秦汉 饰），芳心暗许，然而很快丁淑萍就知道了，罗林心中喜欢的，是于丽萍。
