《借尸还魂》中三位各怀鬼胎的主人公对同一具尸体展开了激烈的争夺。李凡秀在片中饰演一个“智囊型”的诈骗犯“贤哲”，与金玉彬饰演的女骗子“东花”展开了合作，而柳承范饰演的“镇武”则拥有很强应变能力的，因意外事件加入了“贤哲”和“东花”的诈骗团伙。此次公开的海报中李凡秀受惊般表情凝重，柳承范则好像有着什么不可告人的秘密，美女金玉彬躺在棺材中以魅惑撩人的姿态示人，分外惹眼。
